As reported by Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI), the Goodman Group, an integrated industrial property development company based in Australia, plans to build an automotive logistics centre of 46,000 sqm near Karlsruhe in Germany, scheduled to be completed in May 2011.
The total size of the area will reach 82,000sqm and will include a warehouse, office premises, over 100 parking places and loading and unloading zones.
