Charles Hardeman, an Associate Consultant of GDP Global, is also CEO of Santerre Ltd. (www.santerre-ltd.com). The company specializes in providing services in infrastructure development and business management. Prior to his current role, Charles held senior management positions and /or partnered with Bathgate Management, which developed a $200m privately financed port expansion in West Africa; Tecnoconsult International; Kvaerner plc (formerly Trafalgar House plc); and IPCO International Ltd, where he was Managing Director of the global infrastructure development company based in Singapore that he took to a public listing.
Charles is a seasoned expert in PPP infrastructure development, project financing, turnkey project implementation and international business management. His work over the last 25 years has been based on the creation of ports, terminals and roads; water, power and energy infrastructure; offshore oil and gas facilities, onshore logistics and supply bases, many in Free Zone environments. He is broadly experienced in residential, commercial and industrial property development, including high technology pre-production / post-production film making facilities. Charles is also an accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator, recognized by the Law Society and Bar Council of England & Wales. He has worked in all parts of the developing world and in emerging economies.
